徐嘉泓

中国科学技术大学 博士

徐嘉泓，中国科学技术大学博士(管理科学与工程)，CSC国家公派联合培养博士(新加坡南洋理工大学)，海南省高层次人才，现就职于海南大学旅游管理系/电子商务系。长期扎根于管理科学(信息系统与电子商务)领域，在SSCI/SCI/CSSCI及其它国内外重要期刊/会议发表近20篇论文(其中ESI高被引1篇，知网高被引1篇)，并获得 ，CNKI知网被引超200次，总下载量超20,000次。研究成果发表在 Internet Research, International Journal of Information Management, 《南开管理评论》和《管理评论》等重要期刊，以及AOM, ICIS, PACIS等重要会议。代表性成果曾获国际信息系统协会(AIS)旗舰会议ICIS 2023最佳论文提名，教育部年度十大“案例研究典型成果”等。在学术服务上，曾担任 Information Systems Journal, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management 等10+本SSCI/SCI/A&HCI期刊审稿人，AOM, ICIS, PACIS等国际会议审稿人，CSWIM 2026 出版共同主席(Publication Co-chair)，并获SIGHCI 2024 Best Reviewer最佳审稿人奖。

我当前主要关注元宇宙中的智能人机交互/协同管理(Human-AI Interaction@Metaverse, haɪ~Meta)，研究兴趣包括：AI赋能数字经济，跨境电商平台运营，元宇宙与文旅营销(AR/VR)，智慧营销与消费者共创行为，游戏化信息系统与可持续商业模式等。
